If you’re in need of a storage unit, Volunteer is the place to go! The units were very clean, they are monitored, and they are priced very well! I can not say enough good things about their staff and how they treat their customers. If I ever need another unit, Volunteer is the only place I will look!

We dreaded renting a unit. Most of the ones that are local are pretty run down. I was very excited to find Volunteer Storage and Jason. He is very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I was in a hurry to rent, and you can do it all online, you don’t have to go to an office to fill out paperwork or make payment. The units are brand new and very clean. The space around the units is well lit and secure. The parking lot is newly graveled. I would recommend Volunteer storage any day.

No trash and there is plenty of space to drive and turn around. Paying couldn’t of been any easier. Jayson the owner was out there several times when we had to go to the units. The unit we rented was very clean and secure with easy access. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant and professional. When we moved everything out over the weekend, I made the mistake of leaving a key to another lock on the ring with the keys to the unit. The owner had called me within the hour to tell about it and mailed it to me, this was midday on a Saturday and I had the key back by the time I got off work on Monday. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
