The unit we rented was very clean and secure with easy access. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant and professional. When we moved everything out over the weekend, I made the mistake of leaving a key to another lock on the ring with the keys to the unit. The owner had called me within the hour to tell about it and mailed it to me, this was midday on a Saturday and I had the key back by the time I got off work on Monday. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
